We are pleased to offer your office a special package which is both affordable and practical. Our sites are simple to use and customer friendly.

The package contains the following:

• One main company web page in which you can showcase your agents and their success as well as vital information.
• Addition linked pages for your individual agents.
• Gallery of property listings including feature sheets (either per agent or as a company, both options also available.).
• Gallery of ‘feature homes’.
• Tip page (could include things like helpful info on improving market value of home, design ideas, advertising, thank you’s, testimonials, etc.).
• Three other optional pages (content decided by company and their needs).

We are happy to offer this package to you starting at $300.00. For an office of more than 5 Agents the cost would be $50.00 per Agent to create a Web presence and be able to perform at the most advantageous level possible.

A monthly maintenance fee of $25 per person would be applicable. This fee covers updating listings, new listings, sales and pricing changes as well as any information updates (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) up to 15 updates per calendar month. If there were no updates required on any given month the maintenance fee would be waived. For updates over 15 per month a premium of $45 per person will be invoiced.
